"Tis the Season"...For the Blues:

A virtual interactive conversation on how our mood can change with the seasons

Have you ever noticed that some people (maybe yourself) feel more drained and have less energy in the late fall and winter months? Then, once spring and summer arrives the energy has increased, causing one to seem more happy. Well this is no accident, and this happens to many people.

Come to this one-hour FREE session, to learn all about SAD. We will have some intervactive games to help you better understand and will allow you some time to share your thoughts.

Share this invitation, invite your friends, and remember that registration is required.

All youth and young adults 12-25 will be entered for a chance to win at least a $25 gift card or prize!
