The following positions need volunteers:
Reach Out and Read:
This individual will read to toddlers and parents in the waiting area. This position requires adhering to a schedule agreed upon by The Corner Health Center and the individual. Training is provided.
Development Assistant:
This position is open to someone who is interested in assisting with raising funds for The Corner Health Center. We prefer someone with experience in raising money with a non-profit. Clerical and research skills are necessary. This individual will work closely and under the supervision of the Education Director. Training is provided.
Community Outreach Assistant:
This individual will help maintain a community outreach program for The Corner Health Center. People skills are required for this position. This individual will work closely and under the supervision of the Education Director. This volunteer must own a car. Training is provided.
Job Board Posting:
This position requires a weekly commitment. This individual will be responsible for updating the Job Board and its listings located in the clinic for clients viewing. Training is provided.
Office Assistance:
Volunteers are needed 4-8 hours a month to assist with filing and help with other clerical duties. Training is provided.
The Corner Store Manager:
Volunteer needed to maintain stock in The Corner Store. This individual is responsible for shopping for items, maintaining stock and general apperance of this incentive-based support program. Training is provided.
