How can I get health insurance?
You need to meet income guidelines to qualify for free or low cost health insurance. The Corner will help you find out if you are eligible.

To apply for some of the plans, you need your:
- birth certificate (only if you were born outside of Michigan)
- photo ID, such as driver’s license, school or state ID
- proof of income, such as a pay stub (if you do not work, you don’t need to provide this)
