If you don’t have insurance we help you apply. Most plans are free.
If you don’t have or don’t want to apply for insurance, we need to charge you for the visit. The amount is based on type of visit and your income. Most patients pay less than $30 per visit. If you cannot afford to pay, we help set up a payment plan for you.
