The Corner provides integrated health services, works with a team of social workers from Community Support and Treatment Services (CSTS) and psychiatrists from the University of Michigan Health System. Patients receive help with:
- finding housing, getting food and finding other resources
- solving conflicts with family or friends
- coping with stress
- managing anger
- dealing with the challenges of taking care of a baby
Many teens feel depressed and/or anxious. Talking to a counselor, seeing a psychiatrist and getting medicine help many of our clients.
Mental health services and counseling are confidential.
