Our medical program is at the hub of all The Corner Health Center' activities. The Corner is served by a top-quality medical team affiliated with the University of Michigan Health System and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. Our clinicians include a pediatrician, a family practice physician, a prevention specialist, a psychiatrist, a certified nurse-midwife and a nurse practitioner.
The Corner provides the following medical services:
- wellness care including physicals and immunizations
- diagnosis and treatment of common health problems such as a sore throat, urinary tract infection or asthma
- reproductive health care including birth control, STI diagnosis and treatment, HIV testing and counseling
- prenatal care
- pediatric care
