Foundations, charitable organizations and government programs offer The Corner Health Center much support. We also count on people like you, who care about the future of these young people, to help sustain enriched intensive services.
We believe that all adolescents and their children deserve the best possible medical care. The Corner Health Center staff members care for and provide medical care for adolescents and their children, some who do not have health insurance.
Donations to The Corner Health Center are used to offset the costs of unreimbursed care. Gifts are also used to purchase equipment necessary for direct patient care.
In addition to cash and gift-in-kind donations, The Corner Health Center also accepts gifts of securities.
The Corner Health Center is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Donors are encouraged to consult their own independent tax advisor as to the appropriate tax treatment of their donation.
Wish List
The following is a Wish List of items needed to make The Corner Store a continued success. As the list indicates we now stock The Store with items of interest to parents as well as children. All items must be new as we no longer offer gently used clothing or baby equipment. The Store is an incentive based program that allows patients to "purchase" these and other items after earning points for using preventive health services such as prenatal visits, immunizations, family planning and well childcare.
