Are you stressed? You are not alone!
There is always too much to do. And there is never enough time or money to do it. And then there's all the terrible stuff going on in the world to worry about. And what's even worse is that all this stress is really bad for our health. Stress can cause headaches, high blood pressure and ulcers.
Fortunately there are things you can do to help you with your stress.
- At the Corner we have a health coach who can teach you about exercise and meditation and things like that to help with stress.
- We also have therapists that you can meet with one-on-one to discuss the things that are stressing you out or worrying you.
So if you're stressed (and who isn't?), you should come to the Corner. We'll work with your schedule so we don't add to your time stress and our counseling services are free so we don't add to your money stress. We can't promise world peace but maybe we can help you make your mind a bit more peaceful.
